Preterm Lamb Study_WebGestalt Bioinformatic analysis

1. Resulsts from the mass spectrometry analysis of a set of diaphragm tissues obtained following 90 minutes of mechanical ventilation. 

2. Results from GSEA analysis of the preterm lamb diaphragm proteome dataset performed using the WebGestalt platform. Intervention groups were unventilated controls, spontanous breathing in asynchrony,  spontaneous breathing in synchrony, apnea.
