This paper provides a summary of data issues relating to LSAC's Child Health CheckPoint. It is designed to assist CheckPoint data users as they undertake research and analysis using the dataset. This paper summarises data issues that may impact on the use of particular variables, emphasizes changes to the data, and highlights important information for interpretation of results.

The urinary albumin and creatinine quantification was funded through NHMRC Program Grant 633003 Screening and Test Evaluation Program. The MCRI administered the research grants for the study and provided infrastructural support (IT and biospecimen management) to its staff and the study, but played no role in the conduct or analysis of the trial.
