Core care conditions for children and families: Implications for integrated child and family services
reportposted on 30.06.2021, 06:31 by Tim Moore
This paper attempts to reimagine the early childhood environment for children and families.
The key questions addressed are: What are the core needs of children, parents and families? What are the conditions that parents need in order to be able to meet the needs of their children and families? How well are we meeting these needs?
The answers to these questions are then used to identify what role child and family centres could play in addressing these needs.
This paper is the first of two reports prepared by the Centre for Community Child Health on behalf of Social Ventures Australia.
