Assessing the medical decision-making capacity of transgender adolescents

The aim of the project is to examine how different factors can affect whether a transgender or gender diverse (TGD) young person is ready to decide about receiving gender-affirming hormone treatment (GAHT). We are also interested in testing a specialised interview guide which clinicians can use to assess young people seeking GAHT in their clinics.
