The BRUNO-PIC study is a retrospective/prospective study looking at tacrolimus in our solid organ transplantation in the paediatric population. We will compare the current practise at RCH, where all doses of tacrolimus is prescribed at a standard dose then adjusted based on levels on a trial-and-error approach to reach the target concentration (retrospective) compared to using genotyping and Bayesian estimation to have a more targeting approach of prescribing tacrolimus post solid organ transplantation (prospective).
