This study is a retrospective clinical audit. It aims to inform the clinical implementation of genomic testing for mitochondrial disorders by reviewing the uptake and diagnostic yield of publicly funded genomic testing for mitochondrial disorders at Victorian Clinical Genetics Services from 2023 to 2025.
